This product is a system device that automatically determines the correctness of handwashing actions in six steps using AI (artificial intelligence) technology for image recognition. By accumulating learning of the inference model through demonstration experiments with food manufacturers, it assesses the correctness of each handwashing step with an accuracy of over 95% (Note 1). It has established technology that accurately recognizes the use of disinfectants and hand soap, as well as running water conditions, which are considered difficult to detect with conventional image processing. This product is an appliance equipped with a display computer device that has waterproofing for everyday use and is loaded with dedicated software that has undergone AI training. By adopting NVIDIA's AI module Jetson, it enables advanced AI processing and comes standard with a dedicated camera, power cable, and a self-standing support, allowing for immediate operation upon purchase.
