The cyclic high-efficiency slurry mixing machine streamlines the pre-mixing and micro-dispersion of powders and liquids in a single machine, allowing for the rapid preparation of high-quality battery slurries. This system first disperses powder agglomerates into a smoke-like consistency using a grinding head. It utilizes the vacuum generated by the Venturi effect, and the centrifugal force creates a "liquid fall" that quickly wets the powder and performs preliminary mixing. The pre-mixed slurry passes through a narrow gap between the rotor and stator, where it is dispersed at a high shear rate. In high-flow circulation mode, the entire batch of material undergoes multiple dispersions in a short time, resulting in the finished slurry.

The "Dau Mixer" features a unique non-uniform speed dual-axis mechanism that enables self-cleaning to suppress adhesion growth (maintenance capability) and high uniform dispersion performance through differential speed between the two axes (productivity), allowing for efficient mixing and kneading even with highly viscous wet materials.
