We received the "Technology Excellence Award" at the "Osaka Manufacturing Excellent Company Award 2022" conducted by the Osaka Small and Medium Enterprises Recognition Project Executive Committee.

Our company was founded as a mold manufacturer, starting with the production of molds for glass bottles. Currently, we hold the top domestic market share in the glass bottle mold sector. From there, we have expanded into the production of molds for plastics and machine parts, and we have three group factories in addition to our facility in Osaka. Since we specialize in the manufacturing of casting materials specifically for glass bottle molds, our glass bottle molds maintain stable quality and can flexibly respond to customer requests regarding delivery times and other needs. For plastic molds, we have established a constant temperature room equipped with processing and inspection machines, allowing us to guarantee a pitch of 100mm down to 3 microns. In recent years, we have also responded to customer demands by providing maintenance for molds. We are working on high-efficiency production lines that combine robots and multi-functional machines capable of 24-hour unmanned operation, as well as improving efficiency and reducing labor through the introduction of NC machining lines. [Case Study of Mold Cooling Circuit Cleaning] 8-Cavity Injection Mold

Remove rust stains! We can provide technical advice and quick responses in case of irregular occurrences.

We would like to introduce a case where we performed cleaning of the cooling circuit in an 8-cavity injection mold for a molding manufacturer in Tochigi Prefecture. During the leak check before cleaning, we discovered a water leak. The interior of the circuit was heavily coated with rust, which hindered the flow of cooling water and made it difficult for the mold to cool down. After 48 hours from the start of cleaning, we replaced the filter, and 108 hours later, we repaired the water leak. The rust stains that had adhered to the walls were completely removed. [Cleaning Example] Cooling Block

Improved flow by 1.35%! Here is a case study on the clean removal of rust and calcium attached to the circuit.

We would like to introduce a case where we performed cleaning of cooling blocks at the request of a packaging manufacturer in the medical field. There was a significant amount of calcium and aluminum corrosion deposits near the entrance of the circuit and inside the circuit, confirmed by an endoscope camera. We took custody of the mold to carry out the work, and both rust and calcium were thoroughly removed. The flow rate improved from 7.5 L/min to 10.1 L/min, a 1.35% improvement. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issue - A large amount of calcium and aluminum corrosion deposits were present near the entrance of the circuit and inside the circuit. ■ Result - A total of 6,696 L was flushed. - The flow rate improved from 7.5 L/min to 10.1 L/min, a 1.35% improvement. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
