Polyacetal is utilized as an alternative to metal parts due to its excellent durability. Delrin, produced by Polyplastics Co., Ltd., is well-known. It can also be used for gears, bearings, pulleys, and rollers that require fatigue resistance and wear resistance. Since it has low water absorption, it offers high dimensional stability during processing and is suitable for machining and welding.

With our MIM technology, which allows for ultra-small precision molding, high-precision parts under 1 mm can be mass-produced without machining. 【What is MIM (Metal Injection Molding)?】 It is a method also known as metal powder injection molding. A mixture of metal fine powder and a binder is injected into a mold to create a shaped product, which is then subjected to debinding and high-temperature sintering in a vacuum furnace to produce metal products. Metal Injection Molding Parts (MIM)

By injecting metal powder, it is possible to mass-produce high-precision three-dimensional metal parts.

In the molding of metal parts using molds, die casting and sintered machine parts are common; however, from the perspectives of functionality (strength and shape) and cost, the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) process "Metamold" is a new fifth-generation processing technology that accommodates complex shapes similar to plastic products. The process eliminates machining due to high dimensional accuracy, and runners and other components are recycled, making it an environmentally friendly manufacturing method that conserves resources. Due to the constraints of the manufacturing process, it specializes in small parts weighing less than 50g.

We at Aluminum Factory specialize in the production of aluminum processed products used in industrial machinery, automobiles, and medical machine parts. We would like to introduce some examples of aluminum processing we have conducted. This work is a part for a nursing care device and serves as a support pillar for the lifting section. This work is also manufactured through the extrusion processing of aluminum material. Traditionally, two stainless steel parts were joined by welding to create the same shape, but with our proposal, we achieved the same shape through integrated aluminum extrusion molding. Initially, it was thought that aluminum would not provide sufficient strength, but after creating a prototype and conducting strength tests, it was found that it could achieve adequate strength compared to stainless steel materials. Considering that two parts were traditionally welded together, switching to aluminum extrusion processing reduced costs to less than half. 【Specifications】 ■ Shape pattern: Hollow ■ Size: 125×83×680 ■ Material: A6063S-T5
