Industrial Network Monitor "RSC-NetMonitor"

Network Monitor for Industrial Networks

This product is a PC platform that collects and stores fieldbus communication data between controllers such as PLCs, PCs, motion controllers, and dedicated controllers, and sensors and actuators. ★ High-speed collection Data can be collected with a cycle of 0.1 milliseconds using a high-performance CPU, allowing for the capture of even slight signal changes. The data is stored in large-capacity storage. ★ Easy operation No specialized network knowledge is required. Data collection can be performed without changes to the on-site system, making it easy to integrate into existing systems. ★ Customizability Users can implement their own collection timing using the Windows API, and customization such as implementing alert functions based on the collected communication data is possible.

[Case Study] Monitoring Dust Concentration in the Workspace

Solving issues in work environment measurement! Improving the work environment with real-time monitoring.

In a case study at a chemical raw material factory for pigments, we monitored the dust concentration in the workspace that became an issue based on the results of the work environment measurement. <Challenges Before Implementation> 1) The dust concentration in the workspace separated by curtains was identified as a problem during the work environment measurement, and countermeasures were required. 2) Since a particle counter requires on-site measurement each time, there are constraints on the measurement frequency, making real-time monitoring difficult. [Case Study] Dust Monitoring at Outdoor Air Intake of Data Center

Protecting IT equipment from external dust monitoring!

A data center is a dedicated facility for the centralized management and operation of a company's IT equipment and systems. In this instance, we will introduce a case where an air dust monitor was implemented to monitor dust at the outdoor air intake of a data center. <Background of Implementation> Data centers require vast areas of land and are often constructed in suburban areas away from urban centers. In these suburbs, agricultural burning may occur for land management, and dust generation due to volcanic eruptions is anticipated. As a result, dust may be generated and could potentially enter the facility through the data center's outdoor air intake. Such dust intrusion could adversely affect IT equipment, making it necessary to implement measures to prevent dust from entering the facility. For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Monitoring Dust Leakage with a Dust Meter

Zero complaints from the region! Monitoring is possible even with resin piping!

Even if the duct material is made of resin, we will introduce a case where a dust monitor was installed to monitor leakage. <Challenges Before Implementation> 1) Due to inadequate management of the dust collector, dust leaked and complaints were received from nearby residents. 2) We wanted a sensor (dust monitor) that could detect even with resin piping. Therefore, we propose the dust monitor!! For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Safety Measures in Thermal Spray Booths Using Dust Measurement Devices

Dust control measures for the thermal spray booth! What is the key to protecting the health of workers?

After performing thermal spraying in an unmanned booth, there is a need to determine whether personnel can enter based on the dust concentration. Here, we introduce a case where safety measures were implemented using a dust measurement device, the Air Dust Monitor. <Challenges Before Implementation> 1) The decision to allow entry was left to individual judgment, and there were concerns about health risks since entry was possible even during dust generation. 2) Entering the booth during film formation could lead to uneven thickness due to the incoming air, potentially resulting in quality defects. Therefore, we propose the Air Dust Monitor, which can monitor the dust conditions in the booth!! For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Reducing the Risk of Dust Dispersion During Cargo Handling! Air Particle Monitor

Reduce the risk of scattering during loading and unloading!

【Challenges Before Implementation】 Complaints from neighboring factories While handling wood powder pellets with a clamshell from the ship to the receiving hopper, fine wood powder was being blown to neighboring factories due to the wind direction, resulting in complaints. 【Effects After Implementation】 Reduction of complaints! Additionally, improvement of the working environment! For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Dust Monitoring Using Light! Air Particle Monitor

Dust monitoring using light!

This is an example of dust monitoring in an unmanned room where dry grinding machines are being used. 【Challenges Faced】 - We want to detect dust caused by equipment abnormalities early. - We do not know when abnormalities will occur. - We want to be alerted even when we are in a different room during an abnormal situation. Solved with an air particle monitor and indicator light! For more details, please visit the related link URL.
