A revolutionary heating and stirring machine for heat-sensitive ingredients! ■ Our unique stirring method alternates between spreading (napping) and scraping, preventing drying phenomena in the product and ensuring that even heat-sensitive ingredients do not burn on the inner surface of the pot (patent pending). Additionally, ingredients that tend to clump can be mixed without breaking apart while rotating together. ■ Since no burning occurs, production time is significantly reduced (for example, in the case of yolk paste, production time is cut from 3 hours to just 1.5 hours), improving both cost performance and quality, as well as increasing yield. ■ As no scorching occurs on the back of the blades (compressed product), there is no concern about scorching mixing into the product, and cleaning has become much easier along with the burn-free inner surface of the pot.
