We have adopted a powdered type of "Nylon 12" as an alternative to Nylon 6 and Nylon 66, which can be shaped using a 3D printer. - Raw materials are difficult to obtain, and we are looking for alternative materials within the same nylon category. - We would like to obtain prototypes within 1 to 2 weeks. - For annual production quantities of 100 to 500 units, using molds is not cost-effective. - Due to complex shapes, machining costs become high.
