The "SBP1000AE (Full Closed Pressure Control Specification)" is a servo press that achieves high precision and stable pressurization performance through a feedback function for pressure data, utilizing a "full closed pressure control method." The length of the ram stroke, ram descent speed, pressurization speed, and bottom dead center stop time can be set arbitrarily. By adopting an electric mechanical stopper, stable repeatable accuracy at the bottom dead center stopping position is achieved.
The cylinder is held by four slide posts, creating a strong structure against uneven loads, and employs a four-speed control to reduce noise and vibration. Additionally, Jam's unique up-and-down differential circuit enables high output and increased speed.
