In tools where carbide is used at the tip for wear-resistant applications, there may be cases where impact acts as a resistance, leading to a decrease in the tool's effectiveness. To fully utilize the tool's performance, it is necessary to consider optimal shape design to reduce the overall impact resistance of the tool and the brazing position of the carbide part that will be subjected to force. In cases where the tool is welded to the machine body, if the welding position is too close to the brazing position, there is a risk of tool defects due to a decrease in brazing strength caused by the heat during welding.
