This is a metal foreign object detection device designed for the resin molding and compound industry. It can be installed on transport lines for pellets and powders (depending on their properties).

- In addition to iron, it can detect various metals such as SUS, copper, brass, aluminum, and nickel.
Equipped with high-performance sensors
- The sensors use a detection method based on high-frequency electromagnetic fields, receiving disturbances in the magnetic field (phase differences) caused by the passage of metal.
- Raw material learning function (inspection of conductive materials)
- Two-layer technology (reducing the effects of moisture, grease, iron oxidation, etc.)
Outstanding detection capability
- By combining three grades of control panels according to specifications, detection sensitivity can be improved, and additional functions can be utilized.
- The highest sensitivity model (RZ-G30) can detect iron balls of 0.14 mm and SUS of 0.19 mm.

- Self-weight drop method: transport loaders for intermediate tanks, bulk bags, etc.
- Raw material transport method: installed in transport piping, hoses, etc.
- Direct installation on molding machines: installed directly above injection molding machines and extruders.
- Tunnel type (sensor only): sensor + alarm only. Direct inspection of raw material transport or molded products.
