We will introduce the application of FXR modulation in the femtech field. After removing and finely slicing the ovaries of mice, artificial bile acids were added and cultured. As a result of comparing the follicle development status, we discovered that bile acids (FXR modulators) promote follicle development through FXR regulation. Additionally, in an experiment involving the oral intake of natural bile acids in mice, we found three actions that contribute to an increase in pregnancy rates. Natural bile acids are already used in existing medications and have a high safety profile.
