The main feature is that, despite being a single-punch machine, it can mimic the compression conditions of production rotary tablet presses, including the dual time for main pressure and pre-pressure. The STYL’ONE EVO is powered by a robust drive system and a low-inertia brushless motor controlled by software, allowing the upper and lower punches to operate independently, achieving the high compression acceleration and speed necessary to replicate production rotary tablet presses. Due to the recent shortening of development periods, there are many cases where the workflow has changed from "RTL coding completed!" to "FPGA data creation, immediate evaluation on the actual device!" However, in reality, there are many instances where "it does not work well during actual device evaluation" and "various verification patterns and abnormal cases cannot be executed on the actual device (leading to issues later on)." It is problematic when skipping logical simulation leads to larger issues later. We are particularly aware of the importance of logical simulation and are committed to our work.
