At Kōtsūshin Co., Ltd., we have been developing a Centrex-type IP phone service business since 2010.
Due to the characteristics of IP telephony, it is important to predict traffic based on the number of phones and the nature of the business, and to arrange appropriate equipment scale and line capacity. If this is done incorrectly, it can lead to a depletion of network resources, resulting in a decline in the quality of voice calls.
As a countermeasure, we have been designing based on theoretical values that consider safety margins, but as we continue to provide services, we would like to implement the following two points:
