A diaphragm-type pressure switch and pressure sensor designed to ensure that fluid does not remain in the pressure receiving part (liquid contact part). 【Features】 ■ Uses a stainless steel diaphragm with extremely low hysteresis as the pressure detection element, designed for low operation and high pressure resistance. ■ Mid-pressure operation with a set pressure range of 0.12 to 0.46 MPa and pressure resistance of 5 MPa. ■ The pressure receiving part (liquid contact part) is of flange type, allowing fluid pressure to be received by the stainless steel diaphragm, preventing fluid from remaining in the pressure receiving part (liquid contact part). ■ Ideal for pressure control of liquids mixed with foreign substances such as sludge or highly viscous liquids. ■ Equipped with a single-pole double-throw contact, providing two-point control signals for ON-OFF at both the upper and lower limits of the set pressure, allowing for changes to the set pressure value as needed. ■ The electrical opening and closing mechanism ensures reliability through a sensitive snap-action mechanism, with a simple design that minimizes cumulative errors, resulting in a highly sensitive structure suitable for applications requiring high precision and long lifespan in pressure control detection. *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.*
