By passing current through the chip, the tip is heated by Joule heat. This is a spot welding machine that has the function of injecting compressed air from the tip of the chip to cool and solidify the thermoplastic resin after welding the boss. It is capable of simultaneous welding even in multi-point cases, and the operating time for approximately 100 simultaneous welds is almost the same as that for a single point.
