The Plum Chip effectively suppresses the internal pressure of the molding machine cylinder, reducing resin dripping. Since high back pressure is not required for mixing purposes, there is no alteration or breakage of polymer molecules. Even if non-magnetic metals and foreign substances (such as aluminum, copper, brass, stones, etc.) are mixed in, the filtering effect of the Plum Chip prevents them from contaminating the product. Additionally, in the case of hot runner molds, there is no need for hot runner disassembly and cleaning for foreign substance removal.
