For cutting tools and indexable tips (throwaway tips), leave it to NTC! From the production of special shapes and custom tips to consultations on chipping, abnormal wear countermeasures, and extending tool life, we will provide proposals that you will feel are "cheap and very affordable."
Not only can we create custom tips, but we also accept shape and coating changes (PVD coating) for standard products starting from small lots. If you have any issues with cutting tools such as blades or cutters, please feel free to consult us. Additionally, we offer a wide range of "beneficial" proposals, including cost reduction through the regrinding and reuse of used new TA tips, as well as the purchase (recycling) of used tools.
