Precision component trays are required to have various functions. These include product protection, product stabilization, strength for the product, functionality of the product, cushioning material during transport, cost, orientation of molded products, and efficiency in repacking. We conduct needs assessments based on applications and make proposals, presenting prototypes. In the case of special precision component trays, we respond by designing molds using reverse molds for vacuum forming to enhance functional strength and precision. In such cases, the molded products may be used with the surface facing inward. For trays compatible with automatic robots, we create tray shapes that secure the components in place according to the shape of the precision parts, while also preventing any scratches on the terminals by incorporating features that prevent stacking.
It is a tray commonly used for packaging medical products and pharmaceuticals.
In the case of medical containers, particularly hygienic quality is required, and the packaging protects the shape and performance of the product itself while ensuring that medical devices remain stationary. It is a packaging container that can withstand drop tests and is used for transportation. PEEK trays exhibiting similar chemical resistance as fluorine alternatives.
This is a tray coated with PEEK on SUS304 as a fluorine alternative, considering the environment. It has chemical resistance equivalent to fluorine and can withstand temperatures up to 280 degrees. The backside of the tray has undergone our oxidation prevention treatment to prevent discoloration of SUS caused by heating, allowing for long-term use with a glossy appearance.
Improvement in positioning accuracy, increased holding power during transport, and compatibility with inversion operations are also possible! This may significantly enhance work efficiency.
