Tōkai Gokin's "TS25" is a specialized carbide alloy that combines "low bonding phase amount," "coarse grain WC," and "anti-seizing properties" necessary to suppress adhesive wear of tools in the processing of SPCC. With high resistance to adhesive wear, it is suitable as a tool material for processing SPCC materials and others. Compared to materials of the same hardness range that we handle, it achieves approximately a 40% reduction in wear, contributing to improved tool life and reduced maintenance costs. Super High Temperature High Pressure Mold 'SL-400H'

The "SL-400H" is a high-performance ultra-high temperature and high-pressure mold with a bending strength of 400 MPa (8 times that of Gr) and a melting point of 2900°C (equivalent to Gr).
