Implemented slit gaps in iron-based amorphous wound cores to achieve high capacity and low noise.

Amorphous slit gap coils, by adopting a slit gap core, allow for a diverse selection of gap widths and the number of gaps, enabling the supply of coils with excellent DC superimposition characteristics without core saturation even at high currents. Since no gap material is used and a potting method is employed, the occurrence of sound due to core peeling has been significantly reduced. Additionally, issues such as forgetting to insert gap material or it falling out have been eliminated. The core is designed with a leftover section, providing swinging characteristics.
