By using twisted wires (3, 5, and 7 strands), we have reduced the incidence of breakage near the terminals. 【Challenges Faced】 Because of the multi-axis winding (16 axes), the twisted wires (3, 5, and 7 strands) resulted in thicker wire diameters, requiring careful attention to ensure even winding of the insulation. With a terminal length of 1.5 mm, we twisted the insulation 5 times, and during soldering, we struggled with the unsoldered finish around the base, which required one complete round. 【Usage Examples】 The twisted wire type is used for coils ranging from 24V to 100V.
