We would like to introduce a case study of our "Brodisk" installation. The background is that the customer stated, "We are using a vibration discharge device and metal mesh aeration for bridge prevention in an existing silo, but the aeration is not effective," and they decided to replace it with our equipment. As a result, the customer requested that our device be positioned where the previous aeration was located. After confirming the details and determining that there were no issues, they proceeded with the installation. 0676 Improvement measures for sludge incineration ash bridge

We would like to introduce examples of cases where our services have been adopted for the regular maintenance of existing plants!

We would like to introduce a case where our "Brodisk" was adopted. "There is already an air rater (metal mesh type) installed as a bridge countermeasure in the hopper for sludge incineration ash. However, due to poor discharge, we would like to leave the existing air rater as is and add the Brodisk," was the inquiry we received. After receiving information from the customer regarding the hopper diagram, the type and arrangement of the existing air rater, and the contents, we provided recommendations for the model and arrangement of the Brodisk. A case where the residual rice flour in the four corners of the corner hopper was resolved through aeration using this product.

We would like to introduce a case study where our "Brodisk" was installed. Although the hopper has a sufficient incline, rice flour remains in the four corners of the corner hopper. This was resolved through aeration using our product. At the gypsum board dust collection hopper.

Turn on 8 Brodisks in pairs with a time delay! A case where the customer's issue was resolved without any problems.

We would like to introduce a case where a "blow disk" was installed in the hopper section of a dust collector at a recycling factory. The customer faced issues with the dust collector hopper, where a bridge (powder clogging) occurred above the discharge rotary valve during the crushing of gypsum boards. The square hopper retained powder in all four corners, leading to a blockage of the discharge section when the residual material fell all at once. We placed one blow disk (Type 15) slightly above the discharge section on each side, and additionally, one more of the same type of blow disk was positioned at the corners of the hopper above this, resulting in a total of 8 blow disks (2 per side).
