[Market Report] Global Digestive Enzyme Market

The global digestive enzyme market is thriving and is expected to reach 1.6107 billion US dollars by 2031.

The global digestive enzyme market is poised for significant growth, with revenues expected to surge from approximately $760.24 million in 2022 to an estimated $1.6107 billion by 2031, reflecting a remarkable expansion during the forecast period from 2023 to 2031 at a rate of 8.7%. Digestive enzymes, which are essential proteins, play a crucial role in the human digestive system by helping to break down food substances such as proteins, fats, and carbohydrates into smaller, more easily absorbable molecules. This complex digestive process generates essential components like glycerol, amino acids, fatty acids, and monosaccharides, promoting efficient nutrient absorption and digestion within the body. Enzyme 'Csa DNA Polymerase' for isothermal gene amplification technology LAMP method

Csa DNA polymerase is an enzyme that can be used in the LAMP method. The LAMP method is a technique for amplifying and detecting target DNA or RNA in a short period of time.

This product is an enzyme that possesses 5’→ 3’ DNA polymerase activity and strand displacement activity, capable of synthesizing new DNA strands while dissociating the hydrogen bonds of the double-stranded DNA template. The heat-stable strand displacement type DNA polymerase does not require the dissociation of double-stranded DNA due to its characteristics, allowing DNA synthesis at a constant temperature, and it is not affected by synthesis inhibition caused by the secondary structure of DNA. 【Features】 ■ Has 5’→ 3’ DNA polymerase activity and strand displacement activity ■ Capable of DNA synthesis at a constant temperature ■ Suitable for synthesizing DNA strands with high GC content ■ Not inhibited by the secondary structure of DNA 【Optimal Reaction Temperature】 60°C to 70°C 【Inactivation Time】*1 85°C for 5 minutes *1 Inactivation temperature when the enzyme stock solution is directly heat-denatured 【Applications】 Applications utilizing strand displacement activity (such as isothermal gene amplification methods)

Yeast Neutral Lactase 'GODO-YNL'

Various applications using raw milk, skim milk powder (reconstituted milk), and whey as raw materials!

"GODO-YNL" is a yeast neutral lactase (lactose-decomposing enzyme) produced from yeast (Kluyveromyces lactis). It can be safely used as it is derived from microorganisms found in fermented dairy products such as cheese. It can hydrolyze the non-reducing terminal β-D-galactose residues of sugars that have β-D-galactoside bonds. 【Effects】 ■ Reduces stomach discomfort (lactose intolerance): Suitable for lactose-free dairy drinks and fermented dairy products. ■ Enhances sweetness: Suitable for sugar-free or low-sugar dairy drinks and fermented dairy products. ■ Prevents lactose crystallization: Suitable for smooth ice cream and milk jam. ■ Imparts caramel color (Maillard reaction): Suitable for aromatic milk coffee and milk jam. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
