【Reviews】Evaluation from a beverage manufacturing line setup manufacturer.

Low cost is the top priority" - Even though I thought I didn't have that mindset, I realized that I had been relying on "the usual selection.

A device manufacturer delivered a device incorporating conventional air nozzles to an end user. However, the dewatering performance was not as expected, leading to ongoing adjustments. Despite repeated trials, including adding nozzles, there was no improvement in the rejection of defective products during the inspection process. During this time, the person in charge encountered the air nozzle "Hayate" at a trade show. Later, when they validated it using a demo unit on the actual device, they found that it could effectively remove even the fine water droplets that had previously been difficult to eliminate. Moreover, while four conventional units were insufficient, just two Hayate units provided sufficient effectiveness. This became the decisive factor for adoption. The introduction not only improved dewatering performance but also led to the following benefits: - Contribution to energy savings for the end user - Reduction in complaint handling and management tasks - Maintenance of trust relationships - Reduction of "hidden costs" such as labor and travel expenses There were also positive impacts on stable operation of the production line and reductions in waste and CO₂ emissions. While controlling costs is important, this experience prompted a reconsideration of "what truly constitutes a valuable choice," as reflected in the feedback received.

【Reviews】Feedback from circuit board manufacturing companies.

I am experiencing the benefits of implementation in terms of particle countermeasures, energy-saving performance, and quietness.

We have fully introduced the Hayate series into the dust removal process of our substrate manufacturing line. The air nozzles we were previously using had a dust removal rate of about 50%, which had plateaued, leading to ongoing quality issues due to residual and reattached foreign substances. When we first tested the Hayate, the first thing we noticed was the difference in the quality of the airflow itself. Unlike the air nozzles we had been using, the Hayate provides a stable supply of thin, directional air, ensuring that the airflow reaches the target surface consistently. It was clear from the results that it effectively blows away foreign substances. Upon inspecting the foreign substance retention rate, most models achieved a dust removal rate of over 70%. In some models, a dust removal performance of over 99% was confirmed, significantly improving product quality and, as a result, greatly reducing the number of defects caused by foreign substances. Furthermore, air consumption has been reduced by more than 50% compared to previous models, and noise levels have also been noticeably lowered. This has reduced stress for operators and contributed to improving the working environment within the factory. Currently, we have adopted the Hayate as the standard specification for our dust removal process, and we are experiencing benefits in terms of quality, environment, and cost.

[Reviews] Feedback from a high-value-added fiber material manufacturer.

"An uninterrupted site creates the highest quality." ~ The amazing stable operation brought by zero chocolate stops ~

"Honestly, I underestimated it. But now I can't let it go." In the manufacturing process dealing with thread-like fibers, image inspection is essential to prevent the outflow of NG products to the next process. However, the attachment of lint to the lenses and reflectors was serious, leading to unstable inspection accuracy, and it became routine to stop the equipment every two hours for manual cleaning. We tried various air nozzles, but the honest feedback from the field was, "No matter which nozzle we use, the effect is mediocre," and "It's a waste of air and electricity, but there's no choice." At that time, a business partner introduced us to Hayate, and we conducted verification with the actual machine. The results were so effective that I thought, "What were we doing before?" The attachment to the lenses and reflectors drastically decreased, and the need for cleaning every two hours naturally disappeared. I still vividly remember exclaiming, "Honestly, I underestimated it." ■ Effects achieved by introducing Hayate Zero downtime for inspection equipment → Significant reduction in management tasks Voices from the field saying, "It has become incredibly easier" 60% reduction in power consumption and CO₂ emissions compared to before Stable inspection accuracy → Contributed to quality improvement Stabilization of production → Reduction in overtime hours Increase in daily production volume and overall efficiency improvement in the field.

【Reviews】Evaluation from a medical system setup manufacturer.

Solving the issues of scaling up small bottle dewatering devices and excessive air consumption all at once. ~Achieving both space-saving and reducing air consumption to less than 1/5 simultaneously~

Honestly, I thought further improvements were impossible. With the conventional nozzle, the dewatering effect was 70-80%, the device was over 3 meters long, and the air consumption was over 3,000 liters/min per unit. I felt a limit to the extent that I even considered design changes to extend the transport distance and promote natural drying. At that time, I discovered the air nozzle 'Hayate' on Ipros. 'I was half in doubt, but I entrusted my last hope to it and requested an experiment,' said the person in charge. When they confirmed the results in the video and experienced the actual demo, they were so surprised that they exclaimed, 'Really... is it dewatering?' The introduction effect was overwhelming. The dewatering effect reached 99%, the device length was reduced to 1/4, and air consumption was less than 1/5. Furthermore, the improvement in design flexibility and the reduction in transport distance significantly enhanced line efficiency. It also directly contributed to the reduction of CO₂ emissions and electricity costs, and it is now adopted as the standard specification. We have received feedback from end users stating, 'We will use Hayate for all dewatering areas in the future.' If you are looking for overwhelming dewatering performance with energy savings and space efficiency, please consider Hayate.

[Reviews] Feedback from automotive electronic component manufacturers.

Improving quality defects and production efficiency all at once with highly directional air - A welding fume countermeasure solution that overcomes space constraints with thin sheet and laminar flow air.

The manufacturing line I am in charge of produces small electronic components for automobiles, and since these are very important parts, it is necessary to minimize defects as close to zero as possible. As a countermeasure for fumes during laser welding, we were using an air nozzle and vacuum unit together, but due to turbulence from the air nozzle, fumes were swirling inside the equipment, leading to product defects and operational failures, which became a significant problem. Reducing air consumption to suppress turbulence was also a major challenge, as it sometimes meant that air could not reach the vacuum adequately. However, the current situation was that we had no good solutions and had to continue using the existing nozzles. Amidst this, as the equipment became smaller, the available nozzles also decreased, and we were struggling to find a solution when we discovered Hayate at an exhibition. It is a highly directional, thin-sheet air nozzle that also has energy-saving performance. When I inquired about a "super compact type," I was honestly surprised to receive a proposal for a type that is ultra-compact yet maintains a thin-sheet design and high directionality. After its introduction, my concerns were alleviated, and I was able to design the equipment without worrying about the constraints of the air nozzle. Quality defects have drastically decreased, and production efficiency has significantly increased, leaving me very satisfied.

Package Research and Package Testing: Methods and Selection for Design Evaluation

We will also introduce the advantages and disadvantages of package testing, as well as key points and precautions!

Package testing is a method of conducting market research before the launch to determine how well the product's package design is accepted by consumers. It involves presenting several package mock-ups or actual products to the target demographic and investigating questions such as "Would you want to buy a product with this design?", "Which design would you most want to buy?", and "What kind of product image do you have from this design?" When consumers choose a product, both the contents of the product and the packaging are significant factors. No matter how high the quality or performance of the product, if the impression of the packaging is poor, consumers may not even pick it up, let alone make a purchase. Therefore, package testing becomes a crucial step that can determine success in the market. In this article, we will explain the advantages and disadvantages of package testing, key points to consider when conducting it, and research methods. *For detailed content of the column, you can view it through the related links. Utilization of the 5-point rating scale (Likert scale) in surveys

Explanation of the rating scale method and points to note when using the Likert scale!

Have you ever seen a survey that asks about the degree of agreement using multiple choice options? The method of having respondents evaluate a specific object or phenomenon according to a pre-established clear evaluation scale is called the "rating scale method," and that evaluation scale is referred to as the "Likert scale." The Likert scale originates from an American sociologist and has now become one of the representative means of measuring respondents' opinions, perceptions, and behaviors. Since the Likert scale does not require respondents to answer with clear-cut facts, it allows for the collection of degrees or variations even for questions that are difficult to answer in black and white, enabling deeper analysis of surveys. It is also widely used in multivariate analysis. *For more detailed content of the column, you can view it through the related links. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
