The filter's role is to capture foreign substances, so clogging will inevitably occur. When replacing the filter, it is necessary to replace it with a new filter and, if needed, the gasket as well. Additionally, a small amount of product loss, discarded filters, and rags will be calculated as additional costs. Since the line will be stopped, manufacturing time will also increase. Thus, as the frequency of filter replacements increases, the costs associated with the product will also rise, making it very important to reduce the number of replacements. Furthermore, reducing waste contributes to the protection of the global environment.
