High temperature and high pressure gasket packing 'D1000(GR)'

Due to its heat resistance of 450°C and higher usable temperature compared to conventional products, leaks are less likely to occur! Since it is our own product, we can ship it on the same day at the earliest!

The "D1000(GR)" is a gasket packing that can be used on steam lines in factories and flanges of boiler equipment. We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a JIS pipe flange gasket (nominal diameter 2K-650A) in RF (Raised Face) shape from Naflon PTFE low creep gasket "TOMBO No.9007-LC" (thickness 3mm) based on the customer's specifications. Using our plotter processing, we precisely processed it directly from CAD data. We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jets (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. We used 5 sheets of material measuring 2540W x 3810L and efficiently combined them with other products for processing.
