We utilize various processing machines, including one of Japan's largest water jets (high-pressure cutting machines), plotters, and press processing, to propose products to our customers. Please feel free to contact us for any processing inquiries. We performed adhesive processing on neoprene sponge. We bonded and joined 6t 50W x 1000L to finish it to a length of 10M. This time, we cut the width from sheet material, but we also sell molded neoprene products. If processing from sheet material, we can produce sizes that do not require molds.

When was the use of asbestos products banned?

We will introduce the timeline of events leading up to the ban on asbestos!

Asbestos is a naturally occurring fibrous mineral, also known as "sekimen" and "ishi-wata." Its fibers are very fine, making it easy to disperse in the air, and inhalation poses a risk of health damage. In 1975, the spraying of asbestos exceeding 5% by weight was generally prohibited. This marked the first step in asbestos regulation. In 1995, the spraying of asbestos exceeding 1% by weight was generally prohibited, and at the same time, the manufacture, import, transfer, provision, and use of highly carcinogenic amosite (brown asbestos) and crocidolite (blue asbestos) were completely banned. *For detailed information, please refer to the related links. When was the use of asbestos products banned? An explanation of the history of regulations in Japan and future measures.

Introducing the dangers of asbestos and precautions regarding asbestos remaining in old buildings and equipment!

Asbestos-containing products in Japan were generally prohibited from manufacturing and use as of September 1, 2006, and disappeared from the market, with some exceptions. Furthermore, including products that had been granted a grace period, a complete ban was implemented on March 1, 2012. However, since regulations have been gradually strengthened, asbestos products that were manufactured and used in the past still remain in many of our familiar buildings and facilities. Here, we will provide a detailed explanation of the history of asbestos regulation and the measures currently required. *For more detailed information, please refer to the related links. What is the difference between gaskets and packing? A professional explains their roles, uses, and how to choose them.

A clear comparison table showing the differences between gaskets and packing!

Gaskets and packing are both important "sealing materials" that prevent the leakage of liquids and gases from machinery and piping. However, the roles of these two are clearly different depending on the presence or absence of "movement" in the places where they are used. On this page, we will clearly explain the differences and correct applications of each, along with diagrams for better understanding. *For detailed content of the column, you can view it through the related links. Material lining and adhesive application robot, Shiga Prefecture (Company T)

Kitchen backing robot! Silicone adhesive application operation.

We would like to introduce the achievements we have had with requests made to our company so far. We introduced a "kitchen back panel robot" to Company T in Shiga Prefecture. This device performed the following tasks with a single robot: capturing variety information from barcodes, detecting equipment misalignment with sensors, and applying silicone adhesive and curing agents. An automatic cutting device for the backing material was also integrated. The key point was controlling the amount of silicone adhesive applied. We controlled the application amount of silicone using torque control. It was a challenging project because the application amount varied with temperature. 【Overview】 ■ Installation location: Shiga Prefecture (Company T) ■ Equipment name: Back panel device

[Double D Type Gasket Case] Professional System Cameras, Professional Radios

Conductive, heat-resistant, and waterproof gaskets for domestic production. Waterproof + EMC measures with a double ridge shape! Proven track record in professional system cameras and commercial radios.

When using gaskets for the conventional purposes of waterproofing, dustproofing, and electromagnetic shielding, it was necessary to use one gasket for waterproofing and dustproofing, and one for electromagnetic shielding (a total of two gaskets). The Double D type has a double structure, allowing it to possess the performance of both electromagnetic shielding and waterproofing/dustproofing. This product enables efficient development and manufacturing with just one unit. Applications: Professional system cameras (enclosure joints), professional radios (enclosure joints) Adopted product: Double D type gasket Reasons for adoption: 1. By accommodating "waterproof + conductivity" with a single product, it reduces component costs, management expenses, and man-hours. 2. High shielding effectiveness. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Samples are also available.
