Proposal for the use of "butyl rubber" for harness fixation and bundling.
The peel strength test will be conducted after specifying the composition and force of the target metal! Introducing suggestions for the use of butyl rubber.
We would like to introduce a proposal for the use of "butyl rubber" for harness fixation and bundling. The airtightness and waterproofness are 100Kpa. The heat resistance is normally 80°C, but can reach up to 130°C depending on the application. Additionally, the chemical resistance will be confirmed after specifying the chemicals, and the peel strength will be tested after specifying the components and force of the target metal. The PDF document provides a detailed introduction using diagrams. Please take a look. ■ Airtightness & Waterproofness: 100Kpa ■ Heat Resistance: Normally 80°C (up to 130°C depending on the application) ■ Adhesive Strength: Depends on the components of the metal and resin (normally 10N–20N/cm²) ■ Chemical Resistance: To be confirmed after specifying the chemicals ■ Peel Strength: To be tested after specifying the components and force of the target metal *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
