[Case Study] Prevention of Variation and Loosening with Precoat Type Adhesives

Here is a case study where we proposed "Sea Horse Lock" to a machine tool manufacturer. The components mounted on the rotating body of the product were fastened with hexagon socket flat head bolts M6x25, but "screw loosening" occurred. As a result of our proposal, the SL358 locking type showed the best return torque, leading to its adoption after prototyping and subsequently for mass production. No loosening incidents have occurred since its adoption.
