EN 45545-2 is a standard that summarizes the requirements for the combustion behavior of parts and materials used in European railway vehicles. The Risholite glass fabric-based epoxy resin laminate ES-3751SH is composed of resin and glass fabric that minimizes smoke generation. As a result of tests conducted based on EN 45545-2 / R23 (for exterior applications), it was found to meet the criteria for hazard level 3 (HL3) across all combustion behavior classifications.
