Molded forming is an injection molding technology that considers material specifications, precision assurance, shortened delivery times, and cost reduction for processing (production) of plastic prototype parts, small-lot production items, and limited edition products, using our unique "Block Build Method." Regarding mold forming molds, we can accommodate specifications such as NAK (hardened material), aluminum, BS (true bronze), and iron (or composite). Extrusion molding

A method of extrusion while coating with resin! Introducing insert and single-color extrusion molding.

We would like to introduce the processing technology of Katsuron Co., Ltd., "Extrusion Molding." Just like making minced meat at a butcher shop, resin (raw material) is fed into the cylinder from the hopper, and while heating, the screw is turned to push the resin forward.
