[Case Study] Kanazaki Dental Clinic, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture

By installing it on the water supply pipe at the outlet of the water tank, all the water in the clinic will be UFB water!

Typically, cleaning is done with acidic water such as hypochlorous acid water, but there were issues with tube degradation and corrosion of metal parts. Unlike a typical facility with only one 20A tube, this project involved an entire building that was a dental clinic, so the nozzle was installed as the water supply pipe at the outlet of the water storage tank. Immediately after water flow, the biofilm in the unit tube was detached, and by using the unit daily, the remaining biofilm gradually decreased, ultimately allowing the unit tube to be returned to a clear state. 【Case Summary】 ■ Issue: Tube degradation and corrosion of metal parts ■ After installation - Supply of ultra-fine bubble water became possible to 8 treatment rooms on the 2nd floor, 5 treatment rooms on the 3rd floor, all floor restrooms, and the disinfection room. - The unit tube was returned to a clear state. - Re-adhesion was hardly observed, maintaining a clean condition. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Replacement of Spray Nozzle

Introduction of a case where the revenue of a beef processing manufacturer increased by approximately 4.06 million yen per day.

Here is a case study of replacing spray nozzles at a beef processing manufacturer. When cooling carcasses, over 200,000 liters of cold water are sprayed for 18 to 20 hours. The conventional system was unable to completely cover the carcasses, resulting in longer cooling times. As a result, the quantity and size of the carcasses decreased, leading to a drop in sales. The nozzles installed in the cooling chamber were changed to ProMax QuickJet nozzles. The cooling time was reduced by half, significantly decreasing water usage, and the carcasses were less prone to shrinkage, improving production volume.
