The Loop Flow Microbubble Generation Nozzle, application number 2008-034846, was granted a patent on May 15, 2012, and the patent registration process was completed on the 21st, resulting in the acquisition of the patent. We were considering a "divisional application," but concluded that it was unnecessary, and completed the patent registration process on the 21st. It took four years from the application. No one had created a similar microbubble generation nozzle. Neither patent searches nor internet searches revealed any designs that maximized the characteristics of loop flow. In 2006, we developed a loop flow microbubble generation nozzle. We applied for a patent, which was published in May 2008. Since spring 2008, we have been supplying a special type to a company that sells ozone microbubble shower devices. General sales began in 2009.
