[Case Study] Inoue Foods Co., Ltd.

Improving production efficiency and further stabilizing quality! Introducing jet ovens for snack manufacturing.

We would like to introduce a case study of Inoue Foods Co., Ltd., which has implemented our jet oven. It was considered that small sardines could fall through the mesh of standard conveyor nets, so we equipped a conveyor net with a mesh opening of 7mm by changing its shape. This product efficiently bakes food by jetting hot air from above and below the ingredients. As a result of the implementation, the baking time has been reduced to about half of the conventional time.
