We have a track record of iron pipes with a diameter of 8.0 to 18.0 mm! We have achieved improved productivity by reducing work processes.

To connect Φ8.0 pipes in a T-shape, we drilled holes and split the pipes near the T to remove the drilling debris. After removing the debris, we welded them together in an I-shape. By combining the extremely lightweight and flexible HS79 hose, we have achieved ultra-lightweight hoses!

We would like to introduce a case of developing and manufacturing an ultra-lightweight original hose. Using an automatic welding machine, we joined titanium fittings and titanium bent pipes, and combined them with HS79 hoses, which are often used in the aerospace industry, using an in-house dedicated crimping machine. Due to customer requirements, the titanium fittings had complex shapes and were processed using a 5-axis machining center. The bent pipes also required high precision, and the parts were precisely bent using an NC bender, with inspections conducted using jigs made with a resin 3D printer.
