This was achieved through bending and bulge processing, allowing installation in the engine compartment. The brass round spacers (thin-walled pipes) are pipe-shaped spacers with a reduced wall thickness compared to standard products. They are suitable for achieving a lighter and more compact design when adjusting the height of circuit boards or maintaining spacing between components. This product uses high-strength brass material while achieving further weight reduction by minimizing wall thickness. In cases where standard spacers may have an outer diameter that is too large or weight that becomes a limitation, this product can flexibly accommodate tighter spaces and designs with strict weight restrictions. The surface is treated with nickel plating, adding the excellent corrosion resistance of brass. Despite the thin wall thickness, the plating prevents oxidation and discoloration, maintaining stable quality and appearance over the long term. With a wide range of sizes and a pipe shape that reduces processing effort, it strongly supports the rationalization of design from prototyping to mass production.

We accept custom orders for welded pipes made of stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys in non-standard sizes, with thicknesses ranging from 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm, starting from just one piece.

Our welded pipes are made by cutting and roll forming from sheet material, using the microplasma welding method. We perform welding without filler material, using a butt joint shape. The beads have minimal unevenness and distortion, achieving high precision and receiving positive feedback. Features: - We can manufacture within a thickness range of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. - We can accommodate production starting from just one piece. - In addition to stainless steel, we can also manufacture using special materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and nickel. - We can produce and ship in as little as two business days. - All production is done in-house.
