High compression dewatering is possible with the use of high compression type screws!
This is a single-axis high-pressure screw press specifically for organic materials. It has a high screw compression ratio, enabling high dewatering efficiency. For raw materials that are difficult to dewater, by extending the screw and increasing the retention time during dewatering, good dewatering results can be achieved. Additionally, the screens used are made of 4mm thick stainless steel and have a special hole shape. Therefore, there is no decrease in dewatering rate due to clogging, even without constant washing.
