Corrosion Resistance Data Collection for Pump Selection [Chemical Resistance, Oil Resistance, Solvent Resistance]

Check the packing material, pump contact part material, and pump type at a glance for each drug! This is a must-have book when selecting a pump.

It can be surprisingly time-consuming to check the chemical resistance of materials each time a product is selected. Since the materials used in pumps are relatively limited, having this document that lists the chemical resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance of the materials will allow for efficient pump selection. As a pump manufacturer, we have selected commonly used materials for pumps and created a list of their chemical resistance. If you are considering the transfer of chemicals and the chemicals you handle are corrosive, please feel free to download and review this information. Since this is general information, please be sure to consult with us before actual implementation. For optimal pump selection, please also refer to the equipment catalog. 【Pump Lineup】 M Series: Chemical dosing pumps ADD Series: Air diaphragm pumps HT Series: Chemical magnetic pumps LC Series: Chemical submersible pumps *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Delivery Case] Transportation of 80℃ High-Temperature Cleaning Water

Introducing a case of submersible pump delivery for the transfer of high-temperature water discharged during the cleaning process!

A waste disposal company in Saitama Prefecture consulted us about wanting to transfer high-temperature water discharged during the cleaning process using a submersible pump. Since the temperature was 80°C, we proposed the JCV type submersible pump with a float for ease of use. After several months of operation, they confirmed that there were no issues with transferring the high-temperature water, and they placed a repeat order for another unit to be used at a different site. The submersible pump that frees users from concerns about the dangers, cavitation, and installation hassles associated with transferring high-temperature water has received positive feedback. If there is no installation space in the tank, we can also propose a heat-resistant surface pump. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Waste disposal company in Saitama Prefecture ■ Application: Transfer of 80°C high-temperature cleaning water ■ Model: JCV-7-50-A *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Delivery Example] High-Temperature Water Transfer into Grease Trap

Before the neutralization treatment of boiler drainage! Case study of a heat-resistant submersible pump that can be installed in a small space.

A food factory in Saitama Prefecture has ordered neutralization treatment equipment for boiler drainage and wastewater treatment in the food manufacturing process. The JCVH-40-A was adopted for transferring to the neutralization tank. Since the temperature was up to 95°C, we selected the JCVH type submersible pump with a float for ease of use and heat resistance. The wastewater flows into a temporary grease trap, so it was necessary to transfer it from there to the neutralization tank. However, the JCVH type submersible pump is designed to be compact, allowing for easy installation without issues. Even when the water level is low, the float height can be finely adjusted, allowing for customizable ON-OFF range. Additionally, while the pH of the wastewater may lean towards acidic or alkaline, the JCVH is fully covered with epoxy coating, ensuring chemical resistance. [Case Study] ■ Delivery: Food factory in Saitama Prefecture ■ Application: Transfer of boiler drainage flowing into the grease trap ■ Model: JCVH-40-A *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] High-Temperature Water Transfer in Recycling Material Processing Process

Introducing a case study of the delivery of heat-resistant water pumps for the assembly and circulation of hot water (80°C) in cooling water tanks!

We received an inquiry from a recycling-related factory in a certain location in Aomori Prefecture. The temperature of the transfer water is 80°C, while the existing pump was rated for a maximum temperature of 60°C. Therefore, we selected and delivered the heat-resistant submersible pump JCVH-40 (rated for 95°C). Although it was said that the existing pump deteriorated quickly, we received positive feedback that the operation of the JCVH model is going well. By using the appropriate pump, it is possible to slow down the rate of deterioration. If you are having trouble with fluid transfer or would like to make improvements, please feel free to consult us. 【Case Study】 ■ Delivery: A certain location in Aomori Prefecture ■ Application: Transfer of hot water from cooling water tank ■ Model: JCVH-40 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

pH Automatic Neutralization Device "Safe Neutralizer SPH Series"

Neutralization device using safe "calcined calcium from shells" recognized as a food additive.

The "Safe Neutralizer SPH Series" is a pH automatic neutralization device that uses safe "calcined calcium from shells," which is recognized as a food additive, as a neutralizing agent. It does not use any chemical agents and is made from granulated neutralizing agents that are uniquely calcined from natural Okhotsk scallop shells, so there is no problem if it comes into contact with hands during replenishment. In the unlikely event of a spill, the granulated form will not harm other equipment. Additionally, 1g of the neutralizing agent can yield 1L of an alkaline solution with a pH of 12 or higher. It offers cost performance that is comparable to traditional neutralizing agents like caustic soda. 【Features】 ■ Safe even if it gets on hands or spills ■ Very economical, producing 1L from just 1g ■ An alkaline neutralizing agent that is not a toxic substance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Delivery Example】NSD Type Caustic, Sulfuric Acid, PAC Chemical Injection Unit

We will also deliver equipment related to liquid chemical injection, such as mixers and tanks.

We would like to introduce a case where a chemical injection system was delivered as a set of tank, pump, and mixer. In the wastewater treatment of a surface treatment factory, pH adjusters (caustic soda and dilute sulfuric acid) and coagulants (PAC) were adopted by a plant manufacturer for injection purposes. The "NSD type diaphragm pump" is also active in sites where reliable chemical injection is required. Additionally, please consult us regarding equipment related to chemical injection, such as chemical storage tanks and mixers. We will provide suitable proposals tailored to the site conditions. 【Case Study】 ■ Delivery: Surface treatment factory in the Kansai region ■ Application: Quantitative injection of caustic soda, dilute sulfuric acid, and PAC in wastewater treatment equipment ■ Model: Solenoid-driven diaphragm chemical quantitative injection pump NSD-60 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Oil Separation from Coolant Tank

Introducing a case study of coolant tank floating oil recovery for FANUC's RoboDrill.

We received an inquiry from a metal processing product manufacturing company regarding the recovery of floating oil from their coolant tank. The ADB-15-PP was selected as suitable, and after testing it with a demo unit, they decided to implement it. Floating oil in water-soluble coolant tanks can lead to processing defects in the manufactured products and unpleasant odors. With the ADB model, recovery using an air diaphragm pump results in fewer troubles and is easy to operate. We recommend trying it out with a demo unit first to see the effectiveness for yourself. [Case Study] - Delivery: Metal processing product manufacturing company - Application: Recovery of floating oil from the coolant tank of a Fanuc RoboDrill - Model: ADB-15-PP *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
