Upon further hearing their details, they wanted to transfer a liquid with a viscosity of about 3000 cp at a rate of approximately 25 L/min from a drum. The discharge was to be horizontal for 2 meters and vertical upward for about 1 meter (with a resin filter in between), while the suction side was horizontal for 1 meter. Given these conditions, our air diaphragm pump had sufficient track record, so we lent them a demo unit, which performed well, leading to an order. As a result, they later placed an additional order for two more of the same pumps, making it a highly satisfactory case. [Case Study] Neutralization Treatment of Dialysis Wastewater

Large processing capacity for dialysis drainage: 2200L/Hr! Delivered and constructed in close collaboration with Kajima Corporation.

We received an inquiry about a neutralization system from a dialysis clinic in Gifu Prefecture. Since there was no existing neutralization system, we collaborated with the clinic to proceed with the design of the new system. As the company is a specialized dialysis hospital with a large number of beds, the processing capacity is 2200L/Hr, making it a large system for dialysis wastewater. Considering the high-temperature wastewater inflow, we selected a heat-resistant PE for the neutralization tank. For the submersible pump to draw water from the pit, we chose our corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant submersible pump, the "LC-HC series." We meticulously coordinated the specifications with our company, Kajima Corporation, and the clinic, successfully completing the installation. 【Delivery Case】Transfer of Low Liquidity Food

We would like to introduce a case where we successfully received an order after lending a demo machine to a major food company!

We received an inquiry from a major food company regarding the transfer of a highly viscous liquid, similar to fish paste, which has very low fluidity. The required discharge volume is also very small, approximately 2L/min, and it flows into the pump after being pushed through a high-pressure device (2Mpa), and is discharged at around 2Mpa as well. Additionally, the transfer temperature is quite challenging, exceeding 150℃, but we proposed the rotary lobe pump "JNH model." After lending a demo unit, we successfully received the order. Automatic pH neutralization treatment of pickling wastewater! We have adopted a corrosion-resistant submersible pump (automatic control).

We received an inquiry from Company F, a steelworks in Saga Prefecture, after they viewed our website, stating that "the scale of acid washing has increased, and we would like to automatically neutralize the wash water from the subsequent process." Upon discussing their needs, we learned that currently, after acid washing, they are washing with water near a drainage ditch, which is very inefficient. They expressed a desire to create a pit for washing and to place a neutralization device within that pit. Therefore, we proposed a collection pit and pit size to allow for washing after acid treatment within the pit and to pump the water directly to the neutralization device. Additionally, since the wastewater before neutralization is acidic and would corrode a standard submersible pump, they opted for a corrosion-resistant submersible pump (with automatic control). They wanted to transfer a liquid with a viscosity of about 3000 cp at a rate of approximately 25 L/min. The discharge was horizontal for about 2 meters and vertical upwards for about 1 meter (with a resin filter in between), while the suction side was horizontal for 1 meter. There are two major differences between our ADD and other companies' products, both of which are key points for transferring high-viscosity liquids. In this case, they later ordered two additional pumps of the same model as a repeat order, resulting in a highly satisfactory outcome.
