Protein solubilization reagent MPEX PTS Reagents

Optimal solubilization reagents for analyzing membrane proteins using mass spectrometry (MS).

This is a solubilization reagent kit designed for the easy analysis of membrane proteins using mass spectrometry. Membrane proteins are said to be targets for many pharmaceuticals and are expected to be one of the protein groups that will see increasing research in the future. However, in analyses using mass spectrometry, it has been technically and temporally challenging to easily analyze them due to issues such as the removal of solubilizing agents and the inactivation of digestive enzymes. By using this product, which has a high solubilization capacity, membrane proteins can be easily solubilized without the need to consider different types of solubilizing agents. Even difficult-to-solubilize membrane-spanning proteins can be easily solubilized, and trypsin digestion can be performed in the presence of MPEX reagents. MPEX reagents can remove surfactants based on the principle of liquid-liquid extraction. It is possible to extract membrane proteins from membrane fractions of cell lysates, such as those from cultured cells, and analyze them using mass spectrometry. Features: - Higher solubilization capacity compared to Triton and Tween. - Does not inhibit the activity of digestive enzymes such as trypsin. - Easy removal method (liquid-liquid extraction).

Realization of acceleration, high sensitivity, and simplification in the analysis of N-type glycan characteristics.

Innovative technology for the characterization of glycoproteins.

■Extraction of glycans from glycoproteins, labeling, and purification can be completed in just three steps in 30 minutes. This dramatically improves the throughput of glycan analysis. ■Thanks to a significant increase in sensitivity, reliable glycan analysis is possible even with trace amounts of glycoproteins. Glycan identification is achievable from as little as 0.1 μg of glycoprotein. ■By combining a fluorescence detector with MS, both quantification and mass information of trace glycans can be obtained simultaneously in a single analysis. This enables reliable and rapid glycan analysis. ■The GlycoWorks HILIC μElution plate allows for easy and rapid purification. No more drying down is necessary. ■Everything needed for glycan extraction, labeling, and purification is packaged together. You can start preparing glycans right away.

Reagents suitable for the accurate detection of CAR-T cells.

CAR-T cell detection products useful for the development, quality control, and clinical monitoring of CAR-T cells.

We would like to introduce the CAR-T cell detection products offered by Cytoart. The generation of CAR-T cells requires the transfection of CAR genes into T cells via viral or non-viral systems. The CAR-positive T cells that express CAR on their membrane have the ability to recognize and damage target cells, making the detection of CAR-positive T cells a crucial step in the quality control of CAR-T cell therapy, as well as an important criterion for managing clinical doses, process monitoring, and diagnostic assistance. Cytoart's antibody development platform focuses on targeting the scFV region on CAR-T cells. Advantages of using scFV for target detection in CAR-T cell therapy: - High specificity: Ensures accurate target binding and reduces off-target complications. - Sensitivity: The detection of targets using scFV allows for real-time monitoring of the activity and distribution of low levels of CAR-T cells in samples. - Versatility: scFV target detection can be applied to various types of research related to CAR-T cells.
