Plastic inch screws * Materials are two types: PEEK and RENY.

The only lineup of molded plastic inch screws in the country!

The materials are available in two types: PEEK and RENY. The diameter sizes include #2-56, #4-40, #6-32, #8-32, #10-24, #10-32, and #1/4-20, with lengths ranging from 3/16 to 1-1/4 inches. We have received inquiries from various sectors and plan to expand our lineup in the future. - Used for maintenance of medical devices made in the USA Medical devices use inch screws made of resin produced in the USA, but since the quantity needed for regular maintenance is small, importing them incurs time and costs. Our resin-made inch screws are molded products, making them more affordable and quicker to obtain than manufacturing through cutting processes domestically. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Online shop here → https://www.chemisnetshopping.co.jp/

[Technical Data] Types and Standards of Screws - Inch Screw and Metric Screw Standard Table

This time, I have summarized the types and standards of screws, so please download it and refer to it when needed.

There are various standards of screws with different thread counts and pitches circulating around us. While mainstream screws are readily available, those that are less common tend to take longer to produce and are more likely to be in short supply. At Equal, we can manufacture screws according to specifications in small lots! Please take a look, and if you have any questions, feel free to consult with Equal! ■Contents - Types and standards of screws About ISO metric screws and inch screws, etc. - ISO metric screw standard table - Inch screw standard table *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials available for download or feel free to contact us.

Motor Direct Connection Ball Screw MoBo

The direct mounting structure eliminates the need for coupling, resulting in a compact length dimension. The lost motion is also minimal!

A high-performance drive unit that integrates a feed screw without a coupling and a stepping motor. The motor is directly attached to the end of the ball screw, achieving an ideal structure where the axis of the ball screw aligns with the axis of motor rotation, resulting in minimal lost motion. The direct attachment structure eliminates the need for a coupling, making the longitudinal dimensions more compact.

Direct-coupled ball screw

Introducing a motor-integrated ball screw that ensures an affordable price and appropriate accuracy!

The Rolled MoBo is a motor-integrated ball screw that adopts rolled ball screws, ensuring appropriate accuracy at an affordable price. It addresses the dissatisfaction of conventional MoBo (grinding ball screw type) being somewhat expensive, and resin MoBo (resin lead screw type) lacking in precision. ≪Features≫ ● An ideal structure has been achieved by directly attaching a 5-phase stepping motor to the shaft end of a rolled ball screw with a precision grade of Ct7, making the ball screw axis align with the motor's rotational axis. ● There is no need for alignment between the motor and screw shaft, resulting in a high-precision positioning mechanism and a reduction in work steps. ● The direct assembly structure eliminates the need for couplings, minimizing the length dimensions. ● The Rolled MoBo (TMB) series uses rolled ball screws, allowing for the construction of a low-cost linear motion mechanism. ● It is compliant with RoHS, demonstrating consideration for the environment.

Non-slip cross screw, "Topra (R) PAT."

It is easier to reduce tightening errors than to design with fewer screws! Let's reduce screw tightening costs with "Topra (R) PAT."!

To reduce costs, the "screwless design" is being considered, but there have been movements towards screwless designs in the past as well. However, due to difficulties in safety and design, eliminating screws or reducing their usage is not a wise strategy. By using the new anti-slip cross screw "Topura (R) PAT.", we can significantly reduce tightening errors, greatly increase bit durability, and reduce production losses, thereby significantly lowering the costs of the screw tightening process.
