We would like to introduce a case study of "ASTERIA Warp" implemented at Hitachi Systems & Services, Ltd. The company had multiple business systems, including order management systems, procurement systems, and prospective customer (potential customer) management systems. However, the customer master data for each system was managed separately, leading to challenges such as data consistency, data sharing, and centralized management.
