We proposed and delivered the M-type centrifugal separator for degreasing cutting chips based on the request from Company N, a manufacturer of aluminum metal parts, who wanted to "dissolve aluminum cutting chips containing water-soluble oil in a melting furnace to reform aluminum." 【POINT】Degreasing rate 99.9% ■ Degreasing rate of water-soluble oil adhered to aluminum cutting chips: 99.9% They were considering using a rotary kiln to evaporate the water-soluble oil adhered to the aluminum cutting chips before feeding the chips into the melting furnace, but they consulted us about whether it could be degreased solely with the centrifugal separator, focusing on cost performance. We then received actual aluminum cutting chips from the customer and conducted a test degreasing using our centrifugal separator. *Test Results Degreasing operation time: 10 minutes Amount of chips fed: = 24.62 kg Amount of chips collected: = 24.01 kg (including 2.24 kg of chips in the basket) Amount of oil collected: = 0.28 kg After the customer burned the degreased cutting chips and measured the weight difference with the dry cutting chips, the oil content was found to be 0.1%. Degreasing rate from test results: 99.9% Based on these test results, they decided to implement the proposed M-type centrifugal separator for degreasing cutting chips.

We proposed the MARKβ, a top-driven bottom-discharge centrifuge, to Company M, a manufacturer of chemical raw materials, which boasts the largest processing capacity in our company.

As a result of using our centrifuge, we have received feedback that both production efficiency and output have increased. Typically, the maximum processing capacity for the MARK 3 (top image) at the maximum size of 60-40 inches is 940 liters; however, after consultations between our technical department and the customer, we designed it to increase the capacity to 1027 liters. Additionally, to shorten processing time, we proposed a large scraping blade called the "1-Motion Scraper" that performs only the rotation motion instead of the usual two motions (up and down, rotation) and a "Scraping Air Blow" that uses high-pressure air to dislodge the crystals. **Features** - **Special Basket Design**: By designing a special basket size different from existing sizes, we increased the processing capacity. - **1-Motion Scraper**: Instead of the usual two motions (rotation and upward movement), we equipped a large scraper that matches the height of the basket, allowing for crystal scraping with just one rotational motion, thus achieving a reduction in scraping time. - **Scraping Air Blow**: By injecting air from the scraping device, we promote the dislodging of crystals with air pressure in addition to the usual scraping effect, further reducing scraping time.

We received an inquiry from Company D, which manufactures and sells pharmaceuticals, asking, "Is there a lab centrifuge that considers design and handling?" In response, we proposed the LAC-2000 type E, an improved version of the conventional LAC-2000 model. We thoroughly reviewed the workflow, cleaning ease, appearance, and footprint, and after much trial and error with users, we completed the design. The exterior is made entirely of stainless steel, with the control panel integrated into the equipment. Prioritizing ease of use for researchers, we have carefully designed the height and layout. Additionally, a small slurry tank is mounted on top, allowing for gravity-fed liquid supply, which eliminates the need for a pump and saves space. The waste liquid processing has also been improved by combining a buffer tank with a transport device, enhancing usability. During inspections, we received high praise for the appearance and operability, making it a unit that significantly contributes to efficiency in research settings.

The KMβ features a casing opening and closing mechanism and a flat-type basket, making visual inspection and cleaning of the wetted parts easy. It is capable of handling not only single products but also multi-variety production, and its high cleanability is highly regarded. Furthermore, with inverter drive, the rotational speed can be freely set. It is ideal for research applications, allowing for smooth transitions from processing small quantities (3L/batch) to drying processes.
