[Case Study] A Must-See for Those Considering a Shrine Management System!

Experience in contracting from shrines! A case where training was conducted along with maintenance.

We would like to introduce a case study of a shrine management system project commissioned by Iosis Co., Ltd. Although there was prior experience in building another shrine management system, we were approached due to the high costs of the relevant vendor and decided to take on the project. We conducted a skill transfer to the vendor's staff by March 2024, and from April 2024 onwards, the vendor has been handling maintenance independently. There were significant troubles in the upstream processes, such as fixing specifications after the planned release date, which resulted in a larger budget relative to the project's scale. Documentation was accumulated in Confluence, and the repository was transferred. Since the customer lacked knowledge in AWS and PHP during the handover, we also provided training alongside maintenance.
