[Case Study] A Must-See for Those Considering a POS System for Beauty Salons!

There is a track record of contracts from beauty salons! This is a case where the handover was gradually rebuilt over the course of a year.

We would like to introduce a case study of a commissioned project for a POS (Point of Sale) system for beauty salons, handled by Iosis Co., Ltd. Two years have passed since the system launch, but there are still many unresolved issues, and the vendor's response has been poor, leading the user side to decide to change vendors. After receiving inquiries from other vendors who could not provide support linguistically, Iosis conducted an investigation and determined that we could provide support. At the vendor's request, the handover was gradually redone over the course of a year. During this process, the areas of responsibility were gradually transferred to Iosis, and the transfer was completed.
