We would like to introduce an example of tool development in the "R-SF class." In single crystal diamond tools, achieving a mirror finish on R-shaped surfaces is challenging. Therefore, by utilizing our self-developed laser processing technology, we have developed PCD tools with sharp edges equivalent to the SF class. As a result, we have achieved a mirror finish in R chamfering processes.
