Mixed gas generation device "Sunwelder SW-122A, SW-125A"
A thermal generation device that uses water as fuel, excelling in economy, precision, and safety!
The "Sunwelder" precision hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generation device is based on the principle derived from the "electrolysis of water," which follows the "fundamental laws of electronic physics" established by the British physicist Faraday. By electrolyzing water, it generates "hydrogen gas" and "oxygen gas" in a 2:1 ratio, which are then mixed into a gas within the generator tank of the device. Thanks to the development of a unique pressure control system that maintains the generated pressure consistently against the set pressure, it can be integrated into various automatic devices and robots. This allows for the use of a precise and stable heat source required for applications such as soldering, precision brazing, semiconductor burning, and deburring of resin products in numerous automated production lines. 【Features】 ○ Produces a clean, stable gas without soot, yielding a high-temperature flame. ○ When using methyl alcohol, it imparts high reducing properties to the torch flame, resulting in an oxidation prevention effect. ○ The flame can be narrowed down to a very small size with a very narrow directivity, minimizing thermal impact on the surroundings. ○ Achieves soldering and brazing results similar to those obtained with laser beam welding machines.
