Contributing to SDGs with high-performance heat-insulating sheets
Contributing to various SDGs ■ Reducing heating and cooling costs through indoor temperature moderation ■ Improving the working environment by lowering surrounding temperatures ■ Reducing fuel costs by minimizing heat loss
The "high-performance heat insulation sheet" is a product that can cut almost all radiant heat due to its aluminum coating with 99% purity. This effect can significantly contribute to the SDGs. By installing it under roofs, in ceilings, and on walls of buildings, the indoor temperature decreases, reducing the air conditioning operating rate, leading to energy-saving effects and also serving as a measure against heatstroke. In winter, its insulation effect prevents heating from escaping outside, resulting in energy savings. When applied to high-temperature equipment such as drying ovens and firing furnaces in factories, the surface temperature of the equipment decreases, alleviating the surrounding temperature and improving the working environment. Furthermore, it significantly reduces heat loss from the equipment, lowering fuel costs and increasing productivity. By covering control panels, devices, and piping located outdoors or near high-temperature equipment, it prevents failures and damage caused by heat. Thanks to its special surface treatment, it is resistant to corrosion from acids and alkalis as well as electrolytic corrosion, allowing for use for over 10 years (SP-PRO, SP-Air, SP-PED).
