At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture New Light (UHMW) using NC lathe machining centers. For large quantities and complex processing, we use a composite machining center. In the case of collets related to industrial machinery, if clamped with metal, it can scratch the workpiece, so they are sometimes made from plastic resin. Additionally, ultra-high molecular polyethylene (HHMW, Tybar, New Light, Ulmolar) is an excellent material for wear resistance, and among resins, it is relatively soft, leaving marks when pressed hard with nails. ECZ is a lightweight, soft-touch polyurethane foam product that has minimal deformation and is widely used as cushioning material. Due to its continuous bubbles, it allows water to pass through. It is stable in water and has excellent chemical resistance. The dimensions can be processed to the required size in thickness, width, and length. Our company offers "CFRTP bolts" made from fiber-reinforced plastic using thermoplastic resin as the base material.
