Universal Precision Internal Grinding Machine YIG-20-M

A general-purpose precision internal grinding machine with push-button analog control that maximizes the benefits of manual operation; both new and remanufactured machines are eligible for the "Monozukuri Subsidy."

The YIG-15SA is a large model, and the YIG-20M is a model designed solely for "semi-automatic grinding cycles" for individual items. It has a maximum grinding range of 200φ, which is 50φ larger, and the spindle can tilt by +15° (half-angle) as standard. It is favored by tool factories and grinding processing companies for grinding gauges and jigs. The center height of the spindle and grinding wheel spindle is 1120mm. Like the YIG-15SA, the YIG-20M is also designed for easy operation of handles and levers while leaning in to observe the processing situation, which is highly appreciated. It is suitable for grinding a variety of small quantities.

Hybrid Precision Internal Grinding Machine IIG-20H

The debut of the 【Hybrid Precision Internal Grinding Machine IIG-20H】, which offers versatile usability and efficient grinding comparable to NC machines.

By incorporating Renishaw's absolute scale and solenoid valve into Mitsubishi Electric's touch panel sequencer control, we have achieved ultra-high precision with roundness of 0.3µm to 0.4µm, while maintaining the advantages of general-purpose operation with handles and levers. This allows for digital representation of positional relationships equivalent to NC machines, reducing the burden on operators and enabling efficient high-precision grinding. Previously, real-time numerical data could not be viewed, and adjustments relied on the craftsman's tactile sense, with measurements taken after polishing to determine values. The hybrid precision internal grinding machine IIG-20H offers significant improvements compared to the existing YIG model: - In a standard grinding process, the total time has been reduced by 75 seconds out of 210 seconds (35% time reduction). - Additionally, in setup, a time reduction of 143 seconds out of 180 seconds is possible (79% time reduction). - For difficult-to-cut materials, the dressing interruption function further shortens grinding time. This hybrid precision internal grinding machine meets customer needs for precision grinding and production efficiency.
